Missions Camp
In August, several teenagers attended Missions Camp, where our son Jonathan spoke once during the 5-day event. We are grateful for the challenges the camp provided to our teens, and we have been praying that God will call individuals from our church into full-time ministry.
Concert Outreach
On the afternoon of September 8th, Miss Takenouchi, a soprano soloist, held a small concert at our church. We promoted the event through Facebook and our church’s website, and personally invited friends. God blessed us with 48 attendees, including 12 who were not saved and 6 first-time visitors. Miss Takenouchi shared her testimony of salvation, and I gave a brief message related to some of the songs. We thank the Lord for His blessings and ask for your prayers for the salvation of those who attended.
BBQ Fellowship
On October 14th, we hosted a church-wide American BBQ fellowship. We prepared hamburgers and hot dogs, and organized several games before the meal. Afterward, Jonathan shared a short devotional titled “Tasting the Lord.” We concluded the day with s’mores. God blessed us with a great turnout, including several individuals who are still seeking. Please pray with us as we continue to reach out to more of the lost Japanese in our community.
What is Sin?
God has brought a young man into our lives who is troubled by his sin. After getting into legal trouble, he is seeking forgiveness. During our conversations, I realized he views sin only as wrongdoing against others, not against God. He also expressed concern that becoming a Christian would mean denying his family, a common perception in Japan. Please pray that he will understand that his sin is not only against others but also against God. Pray for his true repentance and for him to turn to Christ.
A Special Blessing
We are truly grateful for our teenagers; they are a blessing to us. Here is a short clip of them singing a special. Please pray that God will use these young people for His glory.

Thank you for your faithful prayers and support.
