Dear Prayer Partners,
A Short Furlough
We took a quick 3 week furlough in September. We enjoyed visiting our sending church, Beacon Baptist Church, and getting to meet Pastor Cardamone, our new pastor. Of course, we also enjoyed getting to spend some time with our own family as well. One of the highlights of this short furlough was getting to spend 5 whole days with all our children and grandchildren. What a blessing and joyful time it was! God has been so very good to us. He has blessed us with 18 (2 more on the way) grandchildren. Please pray for God to continue to bless and use our children and grandchildren for His honor and glory.
We’re Still Looking
We are continuing our search for larger facilities for Agape Bible Baptist Church. We have already considered many buildings, but so far nothing has worked out. One of our biggest problems is finding property with sufficient parking. Budget constraints mean that God will have to work a miracle for us to find enough parking with our allotted funds. Please pray for God to work and provide for our need. Pray that this will be an opportunity for new believers to grow. Pray that they will learn to give and trust the Lord’s provision.
Christmas Services
Christmas is always a great opportunity for us to tell the Japanese about our wonderful Savior. We always plan multiple Christmas services during the Christmas season. Please pray for God to bless each of our Christmas services this year. Pray especially for believers to invite and bring their friends and neighbors so that they too might hear and believe on Jesus as their Savior.
